This easy exercise is perfect for relaxing your eyes. After working long hours in front of your computer, this will help you rest your eyes.

Doing so helps eliminate eye stress. It also allows you to see sharper and reduces your sensitivity to light.

How To?

-Move away from your computer screen to a quiet place.

-Make sure your hands are clean.

-Then, rub until you feel your fingers warm.

-Then close your eyes and cover them with your warm palm. Do not apply pressure.

-Make sure your nose is breathing when closing your eyes.

-In addition, your fingers are adjacent and away from being prevented from coming.

– Imagine a deep darkness. Focus on relaxing your eyes while breathing slowly.

-Do this exercise for 2-3 minutes. Then open your eyes again.

2-Turn your eyes on and off:

How To?

Close your eyes in a place without too much light and gentle massage with your fingertips.

Carefully apply pressure to your eyes. Perform circular movements for 8 to 10 seconds.

Repeat 8 times, then relax.

4-Circular movements:

Circular eye movements are an exercise to strengthen your vision. It can help prevent corneal and macular deterioration. By doing this, you reduce the tension caused by insomnia. At the same time, you increase the moisture and circulation in the eye.

How To?

Rotate your eyes clockwise in a circular motion.

Do this 21 times. Rest for 30 seconds.

Then perform the same number of turns in the counterclockwise direction.

5-Focusing exercise

Focusing exercises are very good for increasing the visual acuity. It is also useful in combating blurred vision. We can use a pen for that. However, you can do this exercise with many other objects.

You need to:

-Take the pen in your hand. Keep the arm length ahead of you.

-Repeat 10-20 times.

6-Fictitious writing

-Rest for 20 seconds. Repeat 5 times.
